Welcome to the glamorous world of dog fashion & beauty!
Issue 21: Love, Loss and Art
There’s a unique type of love that we get to experience with our beloved pets, and there's a unique type of grief that follows their loss. They say, if you want true love, get a puppy. They say that dogs will only break your heart once, when they leave you. And, they also say that grief is the price that we pay for love. I know all those to be true. If grief is proportional to how much we love, then losing our pets will be one of the most difficult heartbreaks we will ever go through in life, and yet, we don't talk about it. In this issue, we wanted to give a voice to this deep grief, acknowledge the heartbreak and offer some ways through it.
In this Valentine's themed issue, we celebrate love, loss and art. We share our favorite looks of the season, and introduce you to a pup star sensation- Tinkerbelle the dog; an award-winning and professional model, actor, and social media personality from New York City. We also review Erika Vazzana's brilliant Bark Jacobs collection, and feature a talented pet artist, Alison Friend, who's an accomplished children’s book illustrator from the UK, and the first female stonemason for the City of Nottingham. We send everyone lots of love, and we hope you enjoy this special issue!
