“Handmade with respect for our planet, Doggone Dapper came about through my love of all things dog! I run a very successful Home Boarding and Daycare business which is heaven, and I decided to make some fun bandanas for dogs using old Levis jeans found in Charity shops and from local friends and neighbors. Thus, our denim range was born!” explains Suzi Harris, the owner and designer of Doggone Dapper.
“All of our range is made of 100% upcycled fabrics and stitched using Gutermann rPET recycled polyester thread. The bandanas are fully lined, and no two bandanas are exactly the same! Each and every piece we make has been hand crafted here in the UK. Our embroided applique range are all hand stitched as is each flower on the special occasion pieces. We use no chemical adhesives. Also, a donation is made to the Dog Trouble Foundation from every order!” she explains.
